Claire Ocean Properties started about 12 years ago with our first dream investment in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
We visited this cozy town for the first time and immediately felt in love with its cobblestone streets, historic buildings,
tranquility of the streets, tasty food, and the most important thing, the adorable people who welcome newcomers with
open arms. At that time, we had to come back to US to continue with our lives and we did not have a company who
really was interested in taking care of our property in the way we wanted for it to be taken care of.

From this dream that came true the idea of providing trusted, high-quality services to people who have properties in this
beautiful town started to take shape. Now, after more than 10 years Claire Ocean Properties turned out to be a trusted,
experienced management company in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and Florida, USA.
